Test the forecast.
Then take the paper.
Ten complete original CAT 2026 practice papers: 680 questions with worked solutions, an exam screen laid out like the computer-based test with an on-screen calculator, separate saved attempts and downloadable PDFs. Explore the multi-year count tests, source audits and inspectable forecast alongside the collection.

01 / THE ARCHIVE
The historical paper index
1991–2025 archive coverage. The recent forecast uses explicitly sourced rows; a complete question-by-question audit of every legacy paper has not been completed.
| Year | Format | Questions | Time | Conducting IIM |
|---|
Coverage: Legacy rows awaiting source verification show unknown fields. Coaching reconstructions may differ. Difficulty notes are editorial; they are not used as quantitative forecast inputs.
02 / TREND LAB
What repeats is the skill,
not the question.
THE READING
Keep every family in your preparation.
The sourced count model and the authored mock use explicitly labelled topic conventions.
Inspect the multi-year evidence and practise the full syllabus.
MODERN PAPER AUDIT
Section split, year by year
Use the last six papers for simulation; use older papers mainly as deep practice banks.
03 / CAT 2026 SYLLABUS
The preparation map
CAT does not publish a granular chapter list. This is an evidence-derived syllabus from recurring PYQ families—not an official topic guarantee.
04 / THE 2026 FORECAST
A forecast you can inspect
08 SEP 2026
RECENT-FORMAT PRACTICE SCENARIO
204 marks
The 68-question pattern held in 2024 and 2025. This is a preparation scenario, not a verified 2026 question-count announcement or a calibrated probability.
RC questions in the mock
The reported 2025 architecture was four passages × four questions. Four new passages follow that structure here.
Arithmetic + Algebra in Paper 01
Paper 01 uses an 8 + 6 allocation; its other eight questions cover Geometry, Numbers and Modern Math. The ten-paper library varies these mixes; Papers 06–10 follow the forecast’s five most likely allocations.
Connected DILR sets
The 5/5/4/4/4 architecture follows the recent format, and it is the only layout the official mock’s four-or-five rule allows for 22 questions. The five contexts and constraints are original practice choices.
Parajumbles return
The 2024 carry-forward baseline missed their 2025 return. The new mock includes them alongside the other VA forms.
THE PERSON, WITHOUT THE MYTH
Prof. Aditya Billore
Reported CAT 2026 convenor, IIM Indore. This is an organiser/convenor report, not identification of the individual question authors.
WHAT THAT ACTUALLY MEANS
A professor’s academic field is not evidence of specific RC topics or QA questions. No professor-based signal enters this forecast. The official portal returned an access error during the audit; current reporting remains labelled accordingly.
ORGANISERS / VERIFIED ROLE, NOT QUESTION AUTHORSHIP
Who convened the recent exams?
These sources identify public convenors or chairpersons. They do not identify who authored each question. No professor’s research specialisation is used to forecast the paper.
| Exam | Conducting IIM | Public convenor / chairperson | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2021 | Ahmedabad | M. P. Ram Mohan | IIMA faculty record ↗ |
| 2022 | Bangalore | Ashis Mishra | IIMB announcement ↗ |
| 2023 | Lucknow | Sanjeet Singh | IIML faculty record ↗ |
| 2024 | Calcutta | Ramya T. Venkateswaran | CAT media release ↗ |
| 2025 | Kozhikode | Ram Kumar P. N. | IIMK faculty record ↗ |
| 2026 | Indore — reported | Aditya Billore — reported | Secondary report ↗ |
Convenor coverage here is 2021–2026, not all archive years. The official CAT 2026 portal was read on 5–6 November 2026 (media release, mock-link PDF and official mock); earlier years' convenors come from secondary reporting. A historical rotation is not a deterministic question-setting model.
05 / THE TEN-PAPER COLLECTION
Ten complete rehearsals.
40 original RC passages, 50 connected DILR sets and 220 QA questions across ten papers. Every paper has worked solutions and separate question/solution PDFs.
SOURCES & METHOD
Read the evidence yourself.
This independent study aid is not affiliated with the IIMs or coaching providers. The earlier uncalibrated forecast percentages have been removed. The historical test reports distribution overlap, exact count matches and errors with source limitations. Those metrics do not measure the probability of reproducing future questions.
